A native of Phoenix, Chef Joe Meyers has landed his dream job in the neighborhood he loves and has lived in for the past 14 years. While attending Northern Arizona University, Joe “fell into” the restaurant business in order to make some extra money. He fell in love with cooking and attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute to expand his cooking knowledge.
Joe has worked with some of the valley’s best chefs, with stints at T’Cook’s, Tarbell’s, LGO, and Gallo Blanco. Joe believes that the key to providing customers with an amazing meal is by starting with amazing ingredients and trying not to “mess them up too much”. Joe’s goal at s.e.e.d. Café is to provide people with healthy, honest, delicious, and addicting food that will nourish their body, soul, and mind.
